How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@stenox.app with the following information:
- Confirmation ID — The order confirmation ID from your purchase
- Receipt Screenshot — A screenshot of your purchase receipt
Once we verify your purchase, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- You must provide valid proof of purchase (confirmation ID and receipt)
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Multiple refund requests from the same individual
- Suspicious purchasing patterns
- Attempts to abuse the refund policy
- Use of stolen payment methods
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us
After Your Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You will still have access to Stenox's free tier, which includes 5 minutes of transcription per day. You're welcome to repurchase at any time if you decide to unlock unlimited access again.
